![]() Julia loves spending time outdoors, and goes hiking with her Labrador dog, but also lifts weights and does yoga. The couple started a production company shortly after they married their first film was released in 2014 through Anchor Bay, while their second film was the romantic comedy “What an Idiot”, about a man who does something stupid for love – Peter and Julia are both starring in this movie. He still appears in many commercials too, and people tend to recognize him in the streets a lot more than Julia. He’s also appeared in movies such as “Mech-X4”, “A Bundle of Trouble: An Aurora Teagarden Mystery” and “Hell on Wheels” TV series. Peter is also in the movie industry, and a winner of a Canadian Comedy Award for Multimedia for Best Writing in a Feature Nominations and Best Direction in a Feature. There are no rumors or controversies regarding Julia’s love life – she married her husband Peter Benson on 8 August 2009 after four years of dating, and they have one child together born in 2013. Other than being an actress, Julia is also a certified aerobics instructor and fitness enthusiast. Some of the movies in which she’s appeared as well include “Robin, Chuck and Shirley”, “Everything’s Coming Up Rosie” and “Dead Rising: Watchtower”. She had to take lessons in strip dancing from a club in Vancouver in to prepare for the role. ![]() in which she played a stripper who falls in love with an injured football player who cannot sexually perform. Julia landed her first role in the TV series entitled “Tru Calling” in 2003, playing Tara in the episode “Past Tense”, while her first movie appearance was in the short film called “Crazy Late” which didn’t bring her any fame, but her next movie did – “Road to Victory” shot in 2007. ![]()
